Bounce Back.

I love this kid. Ian drew me this picture months ago. He was going for "Mom", but his m's are upside down. Cute isn't it? I've got a busy rest-of-the-week ahead of me. It's Ian's birthday Friday. Today I have to pick the house up, work on the wash, shop for birthday gifts, and clean the car. Tomorrow I have to mow the lawn, pick up the yard, make Ian's Ninga Turtle cake, and take cup-cakes into Ian's afternoon Kindergarten class. Friday we get our tax rebate. Aside from putting money into savings, I get a tidy sum to shop around with as an extra Mother's Day gift. Ian's party is in the evening. We have a couple friends coming with their baby boy, one of Andrew's sister's family coming, complete with 7 (yes, you read that right) kids, and one grandpa should attend. We're having a slip-n-slide party, complete with a cook out! It should be a blast. I love throwing parties. More then any thing I love to spend the celebrating my little ones. Ian is one of my greatest treasures.

Here's the nursery. I'm not quite done Spring Cleaning in there, but it was clean enough to take pictures, so I did. Spring Cleaning is going to resume next week, I've got too much to do the next few days, so it's on the up-coming plans list. In this room we have a set of bunk beds and we're keeping the crib up. Olivia still sleeps in her crib, and as she grows more she'll move into the bunk. We're hoping for success in the conception-department with in the next few months, as it's nearly time to take my fertility drugs again, and we hope to fill that crib with a newborn next year.

Happy Wednesday-ing. I better get back to work.

That room is adorable! Love it.

And, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to wait till Friday. Unlucky SS numbers. :) If we'd gone by mine, we would have had it by now!!

Did you paint the whole house yourself? If so, can you come to my house for a while?? ;-) Mmmm...fertility drugs. Yeah, those aren't annoying or anything. Good luck!

I just left a message and now it's not here, darn it.

The picture Ian drew for you is darling...those little treats from our kids are priceless.

Happy Birthday Ian...have fun at your FUN party mommy is planning. Yes, it will be sooo fun for everyone.

Misty, you really have gotten a handle on the spring cleaning this year haven't you! I'm way behind...oh well, looks like it'll have to wait until next week.

Planning baby #4...I admire you! Now that my handsome son and little sis are older, I wish I had had a few more myself. My hubby always worked LOTS and LOTS of hours and I truthfully just didn't want to do all of the parenting work myself so I guess I was selfish in that department. Good luck to you!

I don't think his m's are upside down. I think that when he thinks of his mom he thinks "wow!" Cause you are amazing.

Happy birthday to Ian!!

Love the room. It looks great.

That's such a beautiful room. I can picture you in the rocker with one of your wee ones enjoying a quiet moment. What a lovely room. I hope that Ian has a lovely birthday! It sounds like it's going to be a blast! Wish I was a kid so I could come too! You're a great mom! I would have loved to have a mom like you. My mom never did anything with us, but maybe that was what it was like to be a mom in the 50's/60's.

I used to call Ian "Little Mozart" in Nursery, and he would get a big grin on his face everytime! Good Times! Happy Birthday to him. I was gonna call you, but sounds like you're crazy busy this week, so if you get a chance, give me a ring. Otherwise, I'll plan on attacking you by phone early next week! Have an awesome party.

Aw, sweet picture Ian drew. I love how little he seems next you ... or big you seem next to him. It seems to show how important you are in his world. :) Good job Mama.

And the roon, so cute. Love the blue color. Hope that crib is filled next year, maybe even with twins. ;)

Look at that room!!! You are just too good!

I'm having a blast with spring cleaning. I found an old journal from back in high school. I was such a dork.
