ooooo! fun! my brother and i drive around and chunk them at people riding their bikes or running. most are just so shocked, they don't even know where it came from. it's hilarious!!
I tired to do that with my kids the other day but the balloons I got broke too easily. I am going to have to get better balloons next time. They did have fun throwing them and I could not keep up with the demands for more.
