Oh Baby.

Talk about dazed and confused. I was convinced I wasn't going to be pregnant this month. Well, God delivered. And here we go, bouncing off onto the journey of Nielson baby number FIVE. I'm ready. The kids are ready. My husband? He's happy, too. Let's hang on together, this is gonna be a bumpy ride.

My sweetest Isaac is behind my every thought. How we miss him, and love him.

We're plowing through the holidays - getting prepared and embracing joy as joy finds us.

As promised, lets have today be the *late* start of our holiday give-aways!

Go HERE to view a hand crafted bracelet honoring infant and pregnancy loss, as well as SIDS awareness. Sue, the owner of My Forever Child, graciously donated this item to help me thank YOU for walking this journey with me. If you're looking for a piece of remembrance jewelry, look no further. She's your woman, and she'll do what it takes to guarantee your satisfaction.

Want to win? Leave me a comment. I want to know who you are and what has led you to my blog. It's about time I got to know you better.

Love, Misty

Girlfriend! Congratulations! I can't tell you how excited I am to read this wonderful news. I pray that everything will go well and you and the baby will be completely healthy.

If I win the bracelet, I will give it to my friend that lost her babe to SIDS in March. I love that you are doing these things to honor Isaac. You rock.

And, well, I have no earthly idea how I found your blog, but it's been a couple years now! :)

Hi!
I'm long awy away from you in France and I was led to your blog by the immense love I feel for all my children.
I don't have the words to tell you how I felt when I read your story.
You gave me hope again in the human species.
Thanks to mothers and fathers like you, we have a future and a bright one. A future where children are loved and raised with respect.

From very far away, I wish you the happiest possible holidays and the most wonderful pregnancy.

I am SO happy for you! Congratulations, prayers, and best wishes.
I honestly can't remember how I found your blog, but Isaac's story drew me in. You are in my reader so I pop over every time a new post comes up.
The bracelet is beautiful! If I won it, I would wear it in remembrance of my husband's firstborn son, who was premature and only lived for 3 weeks.

I found your blog from Holly's blog. I have lost 2 boys myself from a genetic skin disorder and it is always nice to read how others are doing and handling their loss.

I don't remember how I found your blog - from someone else's I'm sure, but I can't for the life of me remember who.

I've been very touched by your story and extend a very hearty congratulations on your pregnancy! I will keep you and your family in my prayers during this time. Be well, and be good to yourself. :)

I too am very happy for you. I am not a blogger, but your story was very inspirational, as I experienced multiple miscarriages, even though I have 2 beautiful daughters (15 & 2) - you never forget the ones whom you have lost.

I found your blog by searching for anything that would give me some kind of relief for the pain I was feeling.

Again, my very best wishes.

Congratulations! I think I found your blog about a year ago and I've been following ever since. Yours is one of the few that I've read back through the archives.

I haven't experienced babyloss (and hope I never do), although my husband and his ex-wife had a daughter who was stillborn at 7 months. Your family's story drew me in and I'm so happy to read your wonderful news. I'm not much of a praying person, but I'll be praying for you, your family, and a healthy (and happy) outcome for your pregnancy.

Isaac is likely bringing this new spirit to your home and teaching him/her what he/she will need to know.

I'm excited to hear how this adventure goes.

Merry Christmas.

Congratulations! Congratulations! Congratulations!!

I don't remember when or how I first found your blog, but I feel as if we have been friends now for a very long time.

Our struggles this last year have been different yet both so heart-wrenching. Your faith has given me the strength to go on...one day at a time.

Congratulations again! :)

Hey there and a big congrats from your friend in Florida! I was led to your blog by divine intervention as I searched facebook for the people who were in my life when I felt closest to God and I found you! Reading you journey has touched my heart and inspired me. You are so special I will always remember as a young girl at camp sad and confused over the abuse I suffered back home you comforted me through crying sleepless nights, you gift for motherhood was evident even then.

Misty,
I don't know what led me to your blog. I just know that I am eternally grateful to have clicked whatever link I did. Your story is one of triumph over tragedy even when it is one painful step at a time. I read your beautiful words and know that I too, with our Heavenly Father's help can overcome my trials.
